OUR Policy

Doggie Spa
We understand life happens but do require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or rebook your appointment.
Missed appointments will result in future appointments having required full payment before booking is confirmed.
Please drop off your pooch only 5 mins before their appointment. We will notify you when your dog is ready for pick up. Please arrange to pick up within 15 minutes of the notification.
Dogs dropped off earlier or left longer will be subject to additional care fee, unless other arrangements have been already made.
Any new online Client bookings after March 1st, 2025 will be automatically cancelled as we will not be accepting any new clients after March 1st until further notice. We will have a waitlist available if you wish to put your name down.
Dogs must arrive + leave our property on leashes.
All dogs are required to be up to date on vaccinations.
Prices may vary due to the coat condition, temperament + special needs of a dog.
Severely matted, very dirty + difficult (aggressive) dogs may be subject to additional fees + groomed accordingly to the best condition.
Dogs will be groomed in a safe + sanitized area - owners will be notified of any health concerns observed.
Please notify us before the appointment if you wish that your dog does not appear on our social media feeds.
We reserve the right to deny grooming dangerous, aggressive, poorly conditioned dogs + rude owners.
We will not groom any dogs with fleas. Any dogs that do come in with fleas, the owner will be responsible for payment to properly sanitize the salon.
Gourmet Doggie Barkery
All orders must be pre ordered, while we will make every effort to get your pup's order as quickly as possible, it may take up to 5 days. So please plan accordingly.
If you are unsure of any allergies or intolerances your pup may have, contact your vet for more info. We of course use all dog safe ingredients.
